Commissions are computed monthly and paid on the first day of the following month, subject to terms.
Commission structure
Bay888 uses a tiered revenue-share model determined by monthly net revenue generated by referred players. Net revenue means gross wagers within Bay888’s platform by referred players, minus player withdrawals, refunds, and chargebacks, excluding bonuses and promotional credits unless otherwise stated in the current terms. Sample tiers (illustrative):
- Tier 1: up to 10,000 USD monthly net revenue — 25%
- Tier 2: 10,001–25,000 USD — 30%
- Tier 3: 25,001–50,000 USD — 35%
- Tier 4: 50,001–100,000 USD — 40%

Commission earnings are paid on the 1st of each calendar month for eligible earnings from the preceding month. The minimum payout threshold is 100 USD. Payouts are processed via domestic bank transfer, international wire, or approved e-wallet methods, subject to verification and any applicable processing fees. Bay888 may withhold or offset payments to recover amounts owed under the Terms or as required by law.

Standard reports can be exported, and monthly statements are issued. Tracking relies on cookies and first-party identifiers, with compliance requirements for consent and privacy maintained by Bay888.

Bay888 provides scalable promotional assets, including banners, text links, and landing pages, aligned with brand guidelines. Affiliates may localize content for markets, subject to prior approval. Prohibited activity includes misleading claims, misrepresentation of offers, targeting restricted audiences, incentivized traffic outside permitted channels, or any activity that could harm Bay888’s brand or violate applicable law.
Compliance, integrity and risk management
All activity is subject to Bay888's compliance program, including anti-fraud and anti-money-laundering controls. Affiliates must maintain accurate tax information and comply with all applicable statutes, regulations, and licensing requirements. Bay888 reserves the right to audit affiliate traffic, suspend or terminate participation, and adjust or claw back commissions in cases of policy violations or fraudulent activity.
